2008 sees the re-issue of 4 classic MMEB albums on Vinyl as a limited run - the first MMEB releases on this format since Masque in 1987.
With covers and inner sleeves (where applicable) lovingly re-created, these represent a rare oportunity to replace those old albums you have
stored away. For those of us who remember vinyl these are a real treat, pressed in heavier than standard vinyl (100g). Each album also includes a bonus track.
Solar Fire (MannLP006)
Reproduced with gatefold sleeve, this is a vast improvement on the Bronze re-issues of later years. The inner sleeve is
also reproduced with lyrics. 'Joybringer' is included as a bonus track on the end of side 2.
The Roaring Silence (Mann LP009)
Reproduced in the classic flesh coloured sleeve, this album includes 'Spirits I The Night' as the bonus track on the end of side 2.
Watch (Mann LP010)
Reproduced with the original cover and inner sleeve, this album includes 'Bouillabaisse' as the bonus track on the end of side 2.
Budapest (Mann P014)
All sound fantastic, reminding me of the debate which tok place when CD's first came out, the sound is richer and warmer (at least to my ears), something I'd forgotten about after all these years of listening to CD's.
The albums will be available from the on-line shop shortly.
Reproduced with the original cover and inner sleeve, this album includes 'Runner' as the bonus track on the end of side 2.
